鍵盤とギターを弾き、ソングライティング、プロデュースもしている岩井郁人です。FOLKS Instruments は、ミュージシャンである僕が、自分の曲とステージで本当に使いたい楽器を、形にしていくブランドです。今後は、ギターアンプやピアノも出していく予定です。
最初のシンセサイザー SATORI は、2026年3月ごろに開発をはじめ、バンドのツアーのステージやソングライティングで使いながら、約6ヶ月、アップデートを重ねてきました。
開発は、僕と Claude Code、Codex で。音を決めるのは、僕の耳とセンスとこれまでの音楽人生。それを形にするコードを、AI が書いています。人間のセンスと AI の知識による、血の通った楽器を目指しています。

I'm Fumito Iwai. I play keys and guitar, write songs and produce. FOLKS Instruments is where I, as a musician, build the instruments I actually want to use in my own songs and on stage. A guitar amp and a piano are on the way.
Our first synthesizer, SATORI, started around March 2026. I used it on tour and in songwriting, and kept refining it for about six months.
I build with Claude Code and Codex. My ears, my sense and my life in music decide the sound, and AI writes the code that makes it real. Human sense, AI knowledge, and an instrument with a pulse.
