Seven days of the full instrument.

Your 7-day trial starts when you first open SATORI's interface. Every feature is available, including preset saving. Downloading or installing alone does not start the trial.

When the trial ends, the sound stops. Your DAW projects still save and reload; registering your serial restores the sound.

1. Install

  1. Unzip the download and open SATORI_1.0.1.pkg.
  2. Follow the installer. An administrator password is required.
  3. Restart your DAW when installation finishes.

The installer is signed and notarized by Apple, so it opens with a normal double-click. The developer name appears as FOLKS, K.K.

2. Play your first sound

In a DAW: insert SATORI on an instrument track and play your MIDI keyboard or the keyboard at the bottom of the interface. In Logic Pro, choose Instrument slot → AU Instruments → FOLKS Instruments → SATORI.

On its own: open SATORI in your Applications folder. If you hear no sound, check the output device and MIDI input in the app's audio settings.

A new instance opens on your first favorite (Retry Brass as shipped). Press ▶ in the header for the next sound. Click LOAD to open the browser, and use ♥ to add a favorite.

3. Register after purchase

  1. Copy the entire serial starting with SATORI- from your purchase email.
  2. Click DEMO at the top right of SATORI's ENVELOPE / LFO panel.
  3. Paste your serial and press REGISTER. If the trial has ended, paste it directly into the screen shown.

Your number appears on the panel immediately. No reinstall or restart is needed, and registration works offline.

Manual

Read the desktop or phone PDF for sound design, preset saving and the full controls.

The installer also places both editions in /Library/Application Support/SATORI/Manual/.
